Best of the best!!!! Called 2 different times for emergencies and this company came to my rescue RIGHT AWAY!!!! Saved my house from serious damage both times!!! I live in an old rental and had two different leaks in the same month and these guys saved my entire house!!!!! VERY reasonably priced, very professional and showed up exactly when I needed them!! We manage sewer and water service line replacements, underground gas lines, and site work end-to-end across Northern Colorado — including permits, locates, pressure testing, and clean backfill.
For active leaks, sewer backups, or no-hot-water situations, we aim to be on site the same day whenever possible. Call our office and we'll confirm a clear arrival window, give you steps to limit damage in the meantime, and bring the gear to diagnose and fix the issue on the first visit.
Yes. OnGrade is fully licensed and insured, and every job is completed to current Colorado plumbing and excavation code. We pull permits when required, coordinate inspections, and document the work so your home, build, or property stays compliant and protected long after we leave.
